Luxury Yoga Retreat 4-Pack Policies Payment Policy: Full payment of $1,477 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot for all four retreats. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. No Refunds Policy: No refunds will be issued if participants are unable to attend any or all of the retreats. Non-Attendance Policy: No refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided for non-attendance at any of the retreats. Transfer Policy: Participants may transfer their ticket to another individual up to 30 days before the retreat start date with a $50 administrative fee. Date Changes & Postponements: If a retreat is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and given a new date. If unable to attend the new date, a credit for a future retreat of equal value will be offered. CEU Eligibility Policy: Participants must be certified to teach yoga and attend the full retreat to earn 3 Yoga Alliance CEUs per retreat (12 CEUs total). Participants are responsible for tracking and reporting CEUs to Yoga Alliance. Transportation Policy: Round-trip transportation from Gilbert is included. Participants must arrive on time at the designated pick-up. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of transportation services without compensation. Health & Wellness Policy: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and capable of participating in light physical activities such as yoga and hiking. Force Majeure Policy: In case of circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters), retreats may be rescheduled. Credits or rescheduling will be offered in such cases. Package Exclusivity: The 4-pack cannot be split into individual retreat purchases. The 20% discount applies only to the full package.
